      Used to be better, now everyone is burned out

      Benefits are good and people are nice

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid is the norm. HR is clueless on market rates. Covid response is weird. Required back office employees to return in person after Covid increased. No reason to sit at HQ wearing a mask all day when you could successfully work remote like you did for almost a year and a half. No chance for advancement for long time employees and many are underpaid.

      Pros

      The only semi-pro is that they have options to work hybrid-remote.

      Cons

      The mangement is completely lacking, they do not lead they only manage, the AVP of the contact center runs things like a dictator, the CC managers are completely tone-deaf to their employees, they do not support them in any way, shape, or form, and this company makes it extremely hard to move up.

      Benefits were great and I liked my immediate co workers

      Cons

      Lack of training and accountability of staff. No work life balance. Hours of operation are 7am-7pm without a fixed schedule making it impossible to make plans or participate in anything outside of work.
