Pros

The effort of trying to improve production procesess and safety. Having the tier 1 meetings to voice your safety concerns and success stories. The fact we started getting bonuses.

Cons

YES, engineering response time when jobs are placed on MRB or engineering hold. SICK DAYS. We don't have sick days. Sick days are mixed in with our PTO. Have to think twice before taking PTO because if you get sick you won't have PTO to cover the days we're off sick. People need to take PTO to rest and not be stressed. Too many bosses and not enough employees. If it's not broken, don't fix it!
