      Pros

      Knlowledge and experience of leadership and management teams is stellar, driving a culture of continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency and quality. Investments in technology, and a strong visiion to integrate new advanced technologies that will differentiate us as a leader in the PCB manufacturing industry. Creating a foundation to develop the next generation of leaders in the company.

      Cons

      Review process is sub par. Personnel should recieve feedbak both positive and negative, and provide an opportunity to establish goals. Career path's, eith none exist or open ended. Provide value to the personnel at all levels, a strong team will resuit in produciivty, increased revenue, and overall success of the company.

      Pros

      I value my Colleagues willingness to do their well and the excellence to complete a task. Summit has hired employees that came from our competitors, and they bring knowledge to make Summit very succesful.

      Cons

      I feel that summit can improve by keeping employees more inform about how their job impacts the company about bringing more bookings, yield improvement, on time delivery, etc...

      Pros

      I am able to execute my tasks with full support of mgt. I have full transparency to an extent with my direct manager. I am able to autonomously perform my duties with full mgt support.

      Cons

      Benefits costs, better management time off especially for those who put in more than 50 to 60 hour weeks.
