      Pros

      I'm grateful that my work time is flexible because I lived far, and traffic is really bad. Thankful for the job opportunity Summit provided me all these years.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits should be given more attention. It would be nice if employees are entitled for paid sick leave instead of using our PTO to cover for the sick days. Also, it would be great if Summit can add 2 more paid holidays in a calendar year.

      Pros

      The people! If you love what you do and love where you work, it's because of the people around you. The culture at Summit still feels like a family business. Everyone cares for each other's well being and safety is a big deal. Leadership is always available and that's important.

      Cons

      Retention isn't the best and compensation should be revisited for employees that have sacrificed a lot of their time and are committed to the job. Implementing a tier level system to categorically justify increases in pay, not just for merit, is something that Summit should consider and implement quickly.
