      Pros

      The character and spirit of the people that work here is uplifting. It seems like everyone is willing to contribute and do what it takes to work hard and improve.

      Cons

      It’s hard to know what we are doing well and what we aren’t doing well. There seems to be little direction/plan or purpose to any of the projects or initiatives- it seems like we keep chasing shiny objects without ever reaching them. The constant switching from idea to idea feels like chaos. Driving focus and minimizing noise would increase overall morale. People often get stuck feeling numb and unmotivated.

      Pros

      My direct manager is excellent—he’s a supportive mentor who accommodates my schedule and consistently leads with respect. I genuinely look forward to working under someone who values professionalism and brings strong expertise to his role.

      Cons

      While I believe Summit Interconnect as a company is well-structured and continues to improve, there are areas for growth at the management level within the assembly shop. Enhancing communication, consistency in expectations, and leadership support in that department could greatly benefit overall morale and efficiency.
