      Getting paid twice a week.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is a joke! The former COO is nothing but a narcissistic blowhard. NO STABILITY! Do not trust the HR, he has a big mouth and will tell everyone your business. The company is just not professional, and they "Try" to hold a meeting on culture, BUT it is they that create the toxicity.

      It's true. Operators are excellent worker, managing and overseeing machinery, equipment, or processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

      Cons

      The software development leadership appears to lack the specialized expertise needed to effectively steer our business model. While they possess a general understanding of software development productivity, it often falls short of the high standards expected here.
