      Good opportunity to learn new processes if you’re eager to learn.

      Cons

      Operations manager (CB) is very unprofessional and treats you like a kid. A huge improvement is needed to maintain employee morale.

      None, it was crap pretty much whole time. I guess if they go public it may be good if you work there but i bet it only makes it worse.

      They do what they think is best and will not take your opinion into consideration at all.
