Pros

Really lovely team. Will take on graduates and in-experienced staff and offer a good solid grounding in marketing and exposure to big name clients.

Cons

A lot of skills were self-taught from experience of being thrown in at the deep end.

Pros

Received an excellent introduction to digital marketing particularly PPC and I cannot be thankful enough for opportunities I received at Summit. Without the knowledge I gained from experts within the industry I wouldn't have been able to make the 'stepping stone' to the next phase on my career.

Cons

The salary discussions became stagnated and unfortunately Summit can't match the salaries of client side opportunities nearby. Reluctantly I chose to leave which was entirely down to competitiveness of salary.

Pros

The offices are creative, beautifully designed and fun. Everyone here is super friendly, kind and willing to help you progress. There is a clear defined structure, with fluidity between teams. The options to move across teams/channels/locations is great, as it means you can get experience across different areas of the business and can also work out what is best for you. If you work hard, opportunities are widespread. There is a great social scene, with regular events held by the 'events team', from BBQs to Wimbledon swing ball! There are Summit houses, with regular events to earn your team points. Overall, Summit is a great place to work with plenty of opportunity, fun and big name clients. The chance to work closely, not only with clients, but with search engines such as Google and Bing is also brilliant.

Cons

Sometimes workload is high, however I believe typical of the fast paced industry. Sometimes difficult to speak to management due to this also.
