Pros

After previously working in Retail Summit has been a real breath of fresh air for me! It's a friendly and helpful work place where there is so much opportunity to learn and grow, both professionally and personally. The company and people working within it go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you are the best you can be at your role. The company also encourages career growth and personal achievements. Summit isn't just a work place but a family, and I'm so glad I found this gem of a company!

Cons

With Summit striving to not solely be a workplace there are many events held, and its crutial to be invested into the company's community - so if you are looking for a 9-5 job, with no extra- activities then this may not be the company for you

Pros

Friendly staff and management, very good at maintaining contact and what is happening in the business. You never feel in the dark about anything and everything is open towards the staff. Management are interested in YOUR development as well as the business objectives. Great benefits as well for working for Summit

Cons

I wouldn't say there is a 100% downside, the best I can think of is when it's icy and sliding down the hill or when the building is freezing after a weekend.

Pros

The people are friendly once you get to know them and have build up trust. You're able to easily communicate your thoughts among other employees. Regular events company events give you a feeling of belonging to a close team.

Cons

While working you feel that you need every single second of the allocated time to deliver, the delivery times are very short for big problems with little overhead causing, long time, stressed positions. Salary increments are insulting and do no reflect back to your actual work you're performing, salary looks 'seemingly' regulated, but its merely an illusion.
