Always new job roles opening. • The company is massively focused on training • Flexible working hours • Great ‘family’ atmosphere with an events team and house captains • Company bonus every year • Free staff lunch once a week • Free breakfast • company financial updates every quarter

Cons

• Building is cold in winter • The round about out of work can be a bit of a pain

Bad management, avoid

Pros

Seems amazing when you first join but sadly that’s it. You’ll quickly regret your new job at Summit Media. Nothing else.

Cons

Bad management, too much pressure put on staff who are paid far too little. Staff are underpaid, over worked and absolutely not appreciated. Parties are fun, but they don’t make the work good or worth it. Not the amazing marketing company they appear to be when you join, you quickly become irrelevant, hence the crazy high staff turn over. Graduate conveyor belt - great if you have no aspirations.
