Pros

Summit is a place where hard work and a positive attitude pay off. If you're a 'can't do' person rather than 'can do' you won't do well here. Benefits include: - Generous holiday allowance including birthdays off - Weekly staff lunch - Breakfast provided everyday - Flexible working - Beautiful office environment - Free parking - Frequent office events including the Oscars and the Christmas party

Cons

Training is sporadic but this is something the company is aiming to address in 2018 and beyond. Certain members of staff are very cliquey.

Pros

- Great work environment with unique office spaces including a Submarine and Music room - Work with some great clients who allow you to push the boundaries and think creatively - Free breakfast every morning and one free meal per week for all staff - Opportunity to have an experience for life upon passing probation. This involves receiving £250 to spend on an experience that you would not usually have the chance to do. - Training at all levels both internally and from Google, Facebook and other third parties - Hard work and dedication is rewarded with the chance to progress quickly. A lot of people in higher positions have been with the company for several years. - Profit share - Regular reviews of salaries - A unique company based in an area where there are few opportunities to work in the digital sphere - Staff rewarded with great parties; the Summit Oscars in June and the annual Christmas party - Opportunities for members of staff who have worked in the HMP Wolds office to work from Albion Mills upon release. Helping people to change their lives.

Cons

- At times it is a high pressure environment - Seems to attract previous employees who prefer to moan and shift the blame rather than work hard to progress

Pros

- some great people & teams - excellent training opportunities - varied work - range of major clients to work for - some very able, knowledgeable managers - excellent place to gain experience in digital marketing - fast-paced environment - generous annual leave allowance, rising with years of employment - extra paid day off for own birthday - daily free breakfast; weekly staff lunch - annual Experience for Life - good start to working life for new graduates - fab for all those who like to party - regular social events - nice office building - profit share (although in some cases excuses will be found not to pay this) - opportunities for progression (mainly for those who are friends with or related to the 'right' people) - perfect for those on power trips and with big egos

Cons

- huge staff turnover & staff retention seems irrelevant - low pay - expectation to work free overtime with no notice & at weekends - managers don't have to be competent, knowledgeable or be able to genuinely lead people, so long as they're friends with the 'right' senior manager - some colleagues have been known to be shouted at by line management - CEO doesn't care about the poor behaviour of some managers - not all opportunities for progression are advertised internally; there's a lot of favouritism shown to relatives and friends of the 'right' people - very cliquey - it's all about office politics and being in with the millennial crowd - colleagues who don't go to all the social events and parties are seen as killjoys and become irrelevant - more adult playground than meaningful work environment - beware of loud office, regular hysterical screeching and occasional flying objects - clients get charged for the time when colleagues are joking around and socialising
