Pros

- nice office - free staff lunch every week - birthday off - experience for life - nice people

Cons

- Bad management with no clear objectives - No appreciation of hard work and contribution - No personal development or training plans for individual for years - Pay is extremely lower than average given an 'international' company, might be good rate for Hull

Pros

Great learning environment in which you can quickly learn skills that will help you for a lifetime.

Cons

Upward movement is slow and salary is always at the lower end of the scale. This is the reason for the large staff churn.

A great place to kick start your career

Pros

- attractive office - weekly staff lunch - breakfast every morning - great social events - great environment to learn quickly and kick start your career if you’re willing to put in the effort - full of friendly people (barring the odd few negative nancies, but what work place doesn’t have them?) - birthday off - experience for life (£250 towards a once in a lifetime experience) - company profit share - additional holiday days for longer service (2, 5, 10 years etc.)

Cons

Before writing this review I read a mixed bag of reviews from previous/current employees that may be quite confusing for people considering a job as they’re so opposing. I can honestly say, if you genuinely want to get on in your job, this place will suit you just fine. They reward positive work ethic with opportunities that you’re unlikely to get elsewhere which really helped me get on in my career. If you want a job where you want to put in little effort and coast along then maybe look elsewhere. Working in the competitive industry summit do, they need people that are go-getters and in return those people will learn loads of stuff and get heaps of great experience.
