Pros

Received an excellent introduction to digital marketing particularly PPC and I cannot be thankful enough for opportunities I received at Summit. Without the knowledge I gained from experts within the industry I wouldn't have been able to make the 'stepping stone' to the next phase on my career.

Cons

The salary discussions became stagnated and unfortunately Summit can't match the salaries of client side opportunities nearby. Reluctantly I chose to leave which was entirely down to competitiveness of salary.

Pros

Summit is a great place to work and learn, especially if you are willing to invest in yourself and take as much information on board as possible. The staff are very friendly, they make you feel at home and it really is like one big family atmosphere. This is especially true when it comes to staff lunches - they are always a special day. Working with big-name clients who want results can be high pressured at times, but this is something I loved during my spell at Albion Mills. If you like a fast-paced environment, Summit will provide it. If you get the chance to work at Summit, I'd say go for it - you won't regret it!

Cons

Although this is really only a minor point, a bit more of a flexible approach to working hours would be a good idea. An hour for lunch is sometimes too long when you'd rather take 30 minutes instead and get home half an hour earlier - or start work half an hour later.
