Pros

- Overall really good company to work for and best position I have had so far - Progression pathways are laid out and when business allows you can progress - Culture and values are really strong - Nice office location - Majority of people are friendly and helpful - If you put the work in you can often succeed and be promoted, not always the case in other companies - CEO and senior managers work hard to make you feel valued even if you feel you are working hard under the radar - Work life balance v good, peaks and troughs in activity avoid burnout - Company care about staff and make sure they are financially stable - Honest culture keeps all staff informed of all business decisions that can be widely shared

Cons

- Lots of junior staff, so can lack experience and learning opportunities if you are more senior and more responsibility falls on you as team need a lot of support - Some long serving staff, which shows they enjoy the company but also can be hard to get to know them on the same level they know one another - Some of the junior staff have really high expectations and can be disappointed easily - Senior staff sometimes have to give emotional support to junior staff who put a lot of pressure on themselves to do well

Pros

The training on offer is great and the company feels like a family.

Cons

Some of the managers aren't competent or trained sufficiently for their roles leading to staff feeling undervalued and demotivated. When these issues are raised, they are brushed under the carpet and not addressed properly.
