Pros

Summit is a great place to work and learn, especially if you are willing to invest in yourself and take as much information on board as possible. The staff are very friendly, they make you feel at home and it really is like one big family atmosphere. This is especially true when it comes to staff lunches - they are always a special day. Working with big-name clients who want results can be high pressured at times, but this is something I loved during my spell at Albion Mills. If you like a fast-paced environment, Summit will provide it. If you get the chance to work at Summit, I'd say go for it - you won't regret it!

Cons

Although this is really only a minor point, a bit more of a flexible approach to working hours would be a good idea. An hour for lunch is sometimes too long when you'd rather take 30 minutes instead and get home half an hour earlier - or start work half an hour later.

Pros

Summit gives people the opportunity to progress quickly, even if initially you have little to no experience in the sector. They are quick to give you responsibility if you are deserving of it, and give you the chance to prove yourself. The nature of Summit is unique. Everyone is like one big family. The offices are quirky and fun to work at, and the competitive element through the Summit Houses and the events take place fits perfectly into the idea of Summit.

Cons

Being so engaged in the work makes it difficult to wind down when not in the office, with work being thought about at the weekends and in the evening.
