Pros

Very passionate people, great opportunity to develop skills and knowledge on online marketing, fast promotion, good social events, staff breakfast and weekly themed lunches

Cons

High level of workload, not sufficient time for personal development, not attending conferences and events, usually lower level of salary in comparison with the same role other cities ( partially compensated by lower living cost in East Yorkshire)

Pros

Good at giving people with no experience the experience to work in digital marketing. People there are friendly.

Cons

Pay is well below average. No real career progression in place. Annual pay rises are shockingly low and very insulting. Very long hours with little reward.
