Pros

A business that has gone through substantial change of recent, but is coming out the right end. Mainly due to the pulling together and hard work of its current employees and newly formed management team, together with backing of its parent company, tcc. Great support from line management and HR due to the current COVID-19 situation, and has managed to retain its caring, 'family' oriented approach that's makes it a great place to work still in challenging times.

Cons

None. Sure it can be challenging and frustrating at times, but no business is a walk in the park, all of the time.

Pros

- Great work environment with unique office spaces including a Submarine and Music room - Work with some great clients who allow you to push the boundaries and think creatively - Free breakfast every morning and one free meal per week for all staff - Opportunity to have an experience for life upon passing probation. This involves receiving £250 to spend on an experience that you would not usually have the chance to do. - Training at all levels both internally and from Google, Facebook and other third parties - Hard work and dedication is rewarded with the chance to progress quickly. A lot of people in higher positions have been with the company for several years. - Profit share - Regular reviews of salaries - A unique company based in an area where there are few opportunities to work in the digital sphere - Staff rewarded with great parties; the Summit Oscars in June and the annual Christmas party - Opportunities for members of staff who have worked in the HMP Wolds office to work from Albion Mills upon release. Helping people to change their lives.

Cons

- At times it is a high pressure environment - Seems to attract previous employees who prefer to moan and shift the blame rather than work hard to progress
