Pros

Healthcare benefits. That is it.

Cons

Great place to start your career in digital marketing but definitely not so great for climbing the ladder. Don’t expect to progress unless you’re in a client team on the core marketing function. New CEO is promising but Leadership promote the wrong people to people management positions which causes an array of problems. Micro management was awful during the end of my time there. Great health benefits but lack of funding for learning and development, and salaries are really low. For a small company, decisions and change all happen very slowly…Mainly because no one knows what’s going on and no one aligns with each other
