Strong benefits package. Opportunities to progress internally Exposure to big clients to develop a strong catalogue of experience. Great office atmosphere (very friendly)

Cons

Salaries less competitive compared to similar agencies based in Leeds and other bigger cities. Hard to replace senior members of staff with people of similar experience.

Managing directors are running it into the ground Redundancies every quarter, leaving those who are left to keep the ship afloat Top of the ladder are not honest about the profitability (or lack of) of the company Nobody with the knowledge needed to get new clients
