Pros

•Good training programs. •Convenient office location. •Some great colleagues to work with. •Compressed working.

Cons

•Low Pay: The pay doesn’t reflect the effort or workload of employees or support financial stability. •Incompetent leadership: Some senior staff lack the necessary skills, leaving junior staff unsupported and undervalued. •Limited Progression Opportunities: Despite promises of promotions or pay raises for dedicated staff, these rarely come through especially for junior members of staff. •Dismissive of Feedback: Concerns about being overworked or undervalued are brushed aside without real solutions; staff are told they are “putting too much pressure on themselves” and left to deal with this alone. •Poor Work-Life Balance: Concerns about work-life balance are often raised, but there is no emotional or practical support provided to address these issues. •High Turnover Rate: The ongoing issues contribute to a high turnover, leaving teams understaffed for extended periods as they struggle to replace employees - only for the cycle to repeat. •Lack of professionalism: There is a lot of gossip among senior members who undermine and discuss the abilities of their colleagues and ex colleagues, which reflects a clear lack of professionalism.

Pros

The training on offer is great and the company feels like a family.

Cons

Some of the managers aren't competent or trained sufficiently for their roles leading to staff feeling undervalued and demotivated. When these issues are raised, they are brushed under the carpet and not addressed properly.

Pros

Excellent Training: The only positive aspect of working at Summit was the initial training program. It was thorough and provided a good foundation for the work.

Cons

Lack of Support: Once the training is over, you’re on your own. There's minimal support or incentive to help colleagues, which is crucial when handling PPC and paid social accounts worth millions. Poor Compensation: Despite the high revenue generated, employees are paid almost less than minimum wage. The pay is not reflective of the workload or the value we bring to the company. Toxic Management: Persistent poor management drove me to seek employment elsewhere. When I handed in my notice, I was belittled and made to feel awful for looking out for my career. This is NOT how to retain employees. High Turnover: The company has a revolving door of employees. The turnover rate has skyrocketed since they started slashing benefits and reducing 'compressed working' hours. Incompetent Leadership: There are managers in senior roles who are making it up as they go along. There’s a blatant display of favouritism, with certain employees persistently praised and rewarded while the rest of us are ignored. Empty Promises: We have repeatedly dangled the promise of a bonus in front of us for over six months, only to be strung along with no actual reward. Negative Work Environment: The overall environment is detrimental to mental health and confidence. If you value your well-being, steer clear of Summit.
