Lies from management to accounting. They micromanage everyone here. They are against the ADA (personal experience). You suggest ideas and you're supposed to get paid for it but when they approve it, they don't pay you for the idea and they take it for their self. There's no career advancement here especially if you don't work for the Ohio location. The people in management talk about employees behind their backs. Then the employees are fed the information from other team leaders. They punish you for being a whistleblower. Level based job that doesn't care about tenure.
