CEO has a very "family" oriented thought process. He honestly cares about people. Product discounts in store. Ability to work special events. Races and shows. If you love cars, it can be a dream job. Every day is a car show in the parking lot. Summit Racing generally grows, regardless of industry trends. I never worried about job security, as long as I did my job.
