Management is disrespectful, the harder you work is the more they bully you. No advancement.

Overworked. Understaffed. Underpaid. Does not follow safety protocol. Will work you outside your department but will not match other departments pay. Make you stay late but send you home early another day so you can never get over time. Management has zero involvement. Management never steps out onto the floor, they always stay in their office with the door closed. Production standards continue to rise while staff continues to become smaller and smaller. Levels mean nothing, level 1 will do all jobs while level 3 barely does anything but gets paid way more. Management is rude and plays favorites. Zero room for advancement. Team leads are management's friends and management is the owner's friends. Experience and work ethic goes unnoticed. Pays incredibly lower than any other warehouse in surrounding locations. Discriminates against workers. Unsafe/faulty equipment. This is a job for highschoolers or monkeys, not a working adult with bills and career goals. Work every single holiday. Work weekends. Don't expect any form of social or family life. Team leads love their cell phones. Team leads love not working. EXTREMELY high turnover rate. 65+ employees in and out during my first 8 months.
