      Great benefits, opportunities for advancement. There was a good team atmosphere and opportunity to give and receive feedback.

      Cons

      Decisions were made at the corporate level without discussion with onsite managers and employees. The salaries were low for the level of work, but that was because it was located in Lethbridge

      Suburban campus mentality where some employees have spent their entire career at Sun Life and lack knowledge of industry best practices, current technologies, and can be insular in thinking. Management strategy is seriously fragmented and leadership is uninspiring.
