      Pros

      Working at Sun Life Financial in Waterloo, ON was a great experience! The environment was very welcoming, the workload was steady, and I felt like I made a great contribution to my team even though I was only a co-op student.

      Cons

      Sun Life was very bureaucratic, and this was to be expected with such a large organization. As a student, it felt somewhat stifling because every action had to be reviewed and approved before they can be done.
