If you haven't already worked for 3rd party service provider companies, working in a Captive unit has its downside too. You don't get to experience that work-culture which other MNC have, working for Clients and all, what all technology is there in the market, you are just in some other world, relaxed environment. You don't have to impress them, so you don't have to worry and you don't work your *** off and you don't get to learn much! That's the downside. Otherwise, it's nice here.
