Pros

So far I am yet to find a pro

Cons

The most process rigid company I have ever seen. The core hours are between 8:30 and 5 and absolutely no work life balance. Processes are introduced to make it easier for employees but a company mired in processes without knowing the meaning only means people are undervalued.

Pros

Good work from home options. Good opportunities for innovation and work on poc. Good policies in place.

Cons

No growth opportunities. People at lower bands have to struggle a lot for promotion.Give them opportunities.Have good trainings in place to build capability of people rather than just focussing on basic competencoes.
