      Amazing company to work for

      Pros

      Agile Working environment, Great office Space, Excellent canteen with subsidized catering company, wonderfully supportive Senior Leaders - great employer/ employee communication of company changes, focus on employee wellness, with great overall benefits.

      Cons

      The only downside was the location. The town itself was limited (for me personally - but great for young families) The company does, however, cater for singles with wonderful diverse sports and social club activities.

      Family environment with huge support and best brand in Canada. Unmatched technology platform and portfolio of insurance and investment products

      Cons

      Difficult to find cons, SLF is adapting extremely well and fast to a new industry reality, I believe others companies will suffer and probably shrink during this process while SLF continues growing
