      Benefits, and strong company performance

      Cons

      Lower than average salaries. Don't encourage advanced education through the use of the tuition reimbursement program. I applied every year for 3 years in a row and was told no budget, or that they wouldn't support the program. It was Bachelor of Commerce, which is odd for a financial company not to support.

      I've worked at Sun Life for 8 years and enjoyed it for the most part. The people are the best part.

      Cons

      Being a Canadian company, the focus is usually focused North of the border so it can be hard to get ahead.
