      Pros

      The people are very nice, contributing to a positive work atmosphere and attitude. Interestingly the benefits were on par or just slightly better than industry standard.

      Cons

      Noticed that there were staff in leadership positions that didn't have the necessary background/experiences to lead and/or effectively contribute to the functional area...this put a heavy reliance upon outsourcing to the least expensive (read effective) agencies to compensate.

      Fair compensation for the type of work, competitive benefits and vacation time, flexibility to work from home, friendly office culture

      Cons

      Difficult to advance, unrealistic deadlines and workloads, little attention to employee development, and stressful vacation planning because of lack of organization / coverage while out of the office
