      Pros

      I like the people I work with and the people are engaging and smart. Additionally I can also say that.... compensation is competitive training is available culture is very receptive

      Cons

      physical workplace is old The problem is that there are many departments without a cleat career path so it can be very easy to reach the top and be left with few places to advance. Otherwise you need to change departments entirely.

      There are no pros to working there.

      Cons

      Work Load is too much for the claims examiners. Management consistantly makes employees feel worthless. If you do not complete the work they want or if you ask for help. Management will find a reason to write you up. Management leaves on time while the employees are forced to stay and complete claims.
