If you are looking for a company with Great work life Balance this is the place to be. It is a captive unit so dont compare it to service industries.You would have to work as Individual Contributor.Great HR policies.Great Flexibity.Good Fun activities at work.Good Client interaction.You need to have great comm skills to prove yourself here as you are at your own.Expect good hikes if you do well.

Learning curve is average. Dont expect long term oniste as they have opened captive units to save costs.
