      WFH, decent benefits, a big company so ability to move around, a lot of philanthropy.

      Cons

      Some areas like Individual insurance services are difficult areas to work in, constant reorgs, poor communication, no consideration of employee development. Supposedly working agile but heavy release and time reporting processes. Most long time employees not supportive or friendly to new hires.
