      Really great culture. My experience has been the best with this company and the people. I found a team very welcoming and people to push you in order to grow.

      Cons

      None that I have found uptil now. However always look out for the team you are goining to be part, i terms of growth scope. The salary range might not be very impressive for the tech guys, obviously because its a financial company. So if looking for high end tech jobs you can look for jobs at FAANG.
