      Good enough salary and benefits but that doesn't make up for how terrible management is. Bullies.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good enough salary. Decent career opportunities and room for movement/ growth. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible management. They talk about how much they value culture but treat employees like numbers. Extreme micromanaging. They do not like to accommodate needs and if you do need an accommodation they will punish you for needing it. You are just a stat for managers own benefit to make them look good so if you don't reach your stats at 100% they will bully you into wanting to leave.
