Heavy workload.  Keep opening new headcounts including senior grades but no increment in support staff. Office full house very often, crammed office as a result of dramatic increase of new hires.  Need to come back to office early to grab seats otherwise you need to sit at bar tables or non-standard workstations. Never enough meeting rooms and phone booths. Need to do meetings (video calls or in-person) in the office work cafe.
