      It's a job other than that I would not recommend.

      Cons

      1) Disorganized and unethical management. 2) The company places employees in positions that they are not qualified 3) Leadership lacks focus and experience to run a successful company 4) Backdoor deals that result in certain "prefered" employees being paid large sums of money without HR and upper management having visibility . 5) Only profitable due to bubble in housing and construction industry. 6) Upper management lacks simple business knowledge 7) CEO promoted his brother to a role he was not qualified for

      Good company that is successful but poor management and little room for growth in the support office.

      Company have been a leading company in the industry. Very successful. Strong focus on safety and people in the field. Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

      Cons

      Very hard to move up in the support office. No defined career path. Poor management and time management skills. Focused on growth but not the people who support it. Very reactive mindset.
