Pros

*Great opportunity for advancement As far as benefits go: 401k match, low family deductible health insurance that costs less than $600 a month, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, travel insurance, great PTO plan, performance bonuses when goals are met, company vehicle allowance for outside reps, company cell phone. Also you receive 5 company shirts, work boots, and a jacket when you start

Cons

Unknown when order reservations come through. Training could be better for new hires.

Pros

Benefits, clean work clothes every week!

Cons

Management, HR department is horrible and be prepared to be screwed over. NO TRAINING Sunbelt Rentals is slave labor and the company breaks labor laws everyday. It’s and unfair company with tons of class action lawsuits against them for not staying current with labor laws and employees rights!

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. Sunbelt is committed to not only following local, state and federal law, but also to doing the right thing. To be clear, all employees at Sunbelt are paid in accordance to local, state and federal law and Sunbelt does not allow any type of off-the-clock work, or, as you phrased it, “slave labor.” Nonetheless, we appreciate your insight and wish you the best.

Pros

steady paycheck about once a month free lunch free uniforms if you want no life, or balance and willing to give all you time and energy to sunbelt, you can make decent money... but still not an extraordinary amount.

Cons

terrible culture, and horrible work life balance not much advancement or movement in the company ERS roles are overworked and underpaid. Work at least 55 hrs/week plus Saturdays. very unprofessional environment no lunches, or breaks. and you if do take one, co workers gossip about it and seem annoyed. high turnover
