Pros

People are absolutely amazing. We all work in a team setting where we strongly rely on one another. Every day presents new challenges and it never gets boring. Our customer base is full of great people and you get the satisfaction on helping build your territory and see it grow on every new project. Pay is great as well as the benefits.

Cons

As a sales representative you are never truly off work. When the customer calls you must respond at all hours.
