      Pros

      Casual dress on Fridays If you have limited skills in the job you are undertaking, you will get by fine.

      Cons

      The upper management is mostly made up of people with little to no “real world” experience Outdated and cramped “Bull-pen” style cubicles – very noisy environment even for people with sensitive jobs Sunbelt is owned by a british company so no money is never invested into keeping good talent or giving any real benefits to their employees; it all goes back overseas to the investment group

      i was there for 7 years all was well untill sunbelt came along quit hiring those morons that r-s-c let go there was a reason they let them go and why that company had to file bankruptcy under lhere leadership
