Management has a tendency to cut out the older, higher paid managers in favor of younger, cheaper staff members.

Profit sharing seems to have diminished to near nothing and difficult to achieve it. Base pays are low for the industry. Corp/management infrastructure growing too fast. Company has moved from a bottom up to a top down (which by itself is neither good nor bad) but too few in corp structure seem to really be in touch with the realities of daily ops.
