      Pros

      When I started Sunbelt was a medium sized rental company that gave young talent opportunity to shine. The transparency from the top to bottom was spot on. The company allowed their PCMs to run there branch and make decisions and and take responsibility for your decisions.

      Cons

      Health benefits were sub par, long hours, your phone was on 24/7 and you were expected to answer it. Bonus system changed every year (drastically)

      Pros

      Ever growing company within the industry. The company's "Just say Yes" attitude when it comes to trying to meet customer needs is a great mindset.

      Cons

      Sunbelt is consistently acquiring smaller rental companies. So when it's time to hire within, the employees with tenure get looked over for employees of the recently acquired companies.
