Pros

Lost of quality equipment! During a period that worked there the pay was awesome! Well recognized brand, lots of customers use them because of familiarity.

Cons

The stores are called Profit Centers..not branches or stores. The only concern of management is profit, even if it is at the cost of a employees or customers. Companies attitude is that there is another customer or employee around the corner. Since I have left I have had several customers call me and tell me that when I left, the companies morals went with me. When you gather for a regional or national meeting, they talk a great game, but when the rubber meets the road it doesn't happen. PCM's (profit center managers) receive profit share and that is about the only thing that most really are really concerned with. Company makes huge profits and boasts a Profit Share Plan, but more and more it doesn't fall through to the employees. Management gets upset when employees leave for other competitors.
