      Pros

      Great relationship with other employees in general tool and pump and power side of the store. Every one gets along like family.

      Cons

      Putting up with a service manager that has no clue about the rental business. Taking care of the customers or losing money for the company for not billing for for excessive cleanup and and.equipment damage.

      Solid equipment Hard working tech crew

      Cons

      Ever changing commission structure that always benefits the company. HR rarely/never responds to any requests. Micromanagement in all the wrong areas. Lead staff with scare tactics and threaten jobs as a way to motivate. Lots of price gouging occurs on the delivery and pick up charges to customers. Poor communication Not great at utilizing the technology they have. Everyone seems to be looking out for their own butt. Lots of talk about being a team but that's about all it is. Talk.

      Pros

      Good employer. Fair with employees. There is some disconnect between managers and their outlook on the market and therefore expectations of the workforce.

      Cons

      The work environment is hostile at times. There are normally 1-2 people in fear of the next month and what that will mean to their employment. Very little thought seems to be put in to the rate structure and management is indifferent about the reps making money.
