      Pros

      I would not say there were many pros to this. They do have great health benefits, however, do know you will work a ton.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Required to work a ton of hours. Company is definitely not family oriented. They believe work is more important then family.

      Pros

      Very good employees. Managers treat the employees fairly and there is plenty of room for growth in this company. If you show you are a hard working and dedicated employee then you will be trusted with alot more to do than your usual job and get rewarded for it.

      Cons

      Only cons that I can think of would be that sometimes the daily routine gets a little chaotic. If you are a driver than there is alot of scrutiny that comes down on you performing your job. If you are a mechanic, people will tend to see what you're doing and comment on it. Other than those things it's a great employment opportunity.

      Pros

      Local commute, decent pay, vendor lunches, free candy on Friday, casual everyday, growing company, bonus’s once a year, located in fort mill

      Cons

      No diversity in middle and upper management across the Enterprise. Unqualified people in management positions without education and/or training required for the position. No sense of a team with in the IT department. Managers have less knowledge than the people working under them and blow up when giving your input. The company itself is nice to work for but if it’s I.T. department dosnt catch up the company is sure to fail with the lack of workers and leadership.
