Upper management has no idea what it’s really like at the store levels.

The management is incompetent, the wages are very low, the work environment is toxic, both literally and figuratively, the management does not care employees are subjected to dangerous work conditions, 2 bathrooms for 40 people, you work on a time clock, they try to not to pay you when office has to be closed, the managers bully employees, the managers put policies in effect, but only enforce when they feel like it and have special rules for their pet employees.
