      Pros

      Insurance is good for the price, paid time off is generous & coworkers are good. This company has ALOT of potential!! But the upper management is too worried about counting pennies and putting money in their pocket.

      Cons

      Company is too worried about counting pennies and employees are nothing more than numbers. I been here 2 years and have seen it go down hill in just that amount of time. They want to limit your overtime except when it's good for them. Upper management likes to think they have good ideas and spend a lot of time wasting people's time with needless duties and safety projects. All while patting themselves on the back.

      Pros

      When I started Sunbelt was a medium sized rental company that gave young talent opportunity to shine. The transparency from the top to bottom was spot on. The company allowed their PCMs to run there branch and make decisions and and take responsibility for your decisions.

      Cons

      Health benefits were sub par, long hours, your phone was on 24/7 and you were expected to answer it. Bonus system changed every year (drastically)
