Pros

No pros, this is not the company you want to work for if you want a stable future

Cons

Worked full time for 2 employees, as they wanted to save money without hiring more people, one day without notice, they decided to close the whole store, lay people off, cancelled our insurance the same day, asked to sign some piece of paper that stated we were not going to sue them, and told us we are only getting paid for one week, it has been a month no check form them. They treat you as a number, they do not care that we employees also have families to feed, bills to pay, and children to feed.

Pros

Great benefits. Upper management and HR care about employees. Mostly promote from within.

Cons

Pay is typically less than rest of equipment rental industry for hourly employees.
