      Pros

      Company has very good health insurance and PTO. Since sunbelt bought my previous employer my family health insurance costs decreased $300.00 per month. My direct supervisor has been with the company for 15 years, and my other manager is very people driven and reasonable. Company is very transparent with its budgets and sales data.

      Cons

      Same struggles any company with thousands of people. When you first get hired it is a bit overwhelming between safety and company policy's but they do make it as painless as they can.

      Working closely with contractors and co workers alike. Close knit team at each location for most part. Constantly growing company

      Cons

      Limited monetary growth. Have to do multiple jobs but won't get paid for it.

      Steady work in an industry that will be stable for quite some time to come.

      Cons

      Limited room for growth. Management seems to be a very tight knit group and often shows an unwillingness to accept new comers. Pay raises, if you choose to call them that, are few and far between.
