Bad leadership, large work load, untrained staff, burnt out staff, very little communication from senior management, company direction is hard to follow.

Pros

Pros? There are no pros to working here. Pro: If you like being worked like a dog and being paid below average by a several BILLION dollar company, this is the place for you!

Cons

No commission unlike other competitors Low salary especially due to the lack of commission. Management is a JOKE They change your hours as needed with no warning. They require certain aspects of a uniform but it comes from your own money which is difficult given the whopping $15-$20 an hour they pay for most positions.
